Hand tools
1. Determine the task at hand that needs to be accomplished. (WARNING-the tools must be used for their intended purposes or otherwise it might result in personal injury.)
2. Wear the proper P.P.E (Personal Protective Equipment) with respect to the task. Make sure to stock eye protection, gloves, and any other protection you might need while using a tool in your bunker.
3. Keep tools in a specific location and standardize for easy access and use.
4. Before using tools make sure to inspect thoroughly and make sure there is not damage and it operates as intended.
5. After each use make sure clean your tools and put them back in their designated areas.
6. Clean up your work area making sure there are no present hazards.
Note: Even though the primary purpose for tools is to build, tools are not limited by this action and can be used in applicable situations where they can provide self-defense.
Power Tools

2. Wear the proper P.P.E (Personal Protective Equipment) with respect to the task.
3. Power tools must be kept in a specific location and must be standardized for easy access and use.
4. Find a power source
5. Make sure that cords are clearly identified, to decrease the likelihood of someone to trip and fall. Place cover over if available.
6. Before each use inspect your power tools to see if they are still operation and for sign of damage. Make sure to examine the cord as well. (CAUTION-power tools make a large amount of noise which can attract zombies to your location.)
7. After each use make sure to clean your power tools and store them back in their designated areas.
8. Clean up your work area making sure there are no present hazards.
